“Unable to locate chromcast siginal on Sony TV I've used the splitter to add a Chromcast dongle to my Sony TV, but unable to locate a siginal on the TV for the Chromcast. Instructions say to change the "Input settings until you are able to locate" a Chromcast siginal. Have tried changing the antenna, siginal source ( of a limited number of specified stations/channels, and about every other setting I can find with no success. Where can I locate the siginal?”

Use as with instead of a splitter. It should work then. You will have to select which product you want to use but you can't use them both at the same time anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to change the input on your TV to whichever HDMI port is connected to the splitter. The splitter also needs to have the input set to the proper input. It will be the one where you have the Chromecast plugged in to.The Chromecast will also need to be plugged in to either the TV's USB port or to an AC adapter to work.
