I found myself needing to split a HD signal via an HDMI cable to two sources for gaming purposes; after trial and error via other products the Rocketfish delivers exactly as advertised. The signal is crisp and clear on both ends . . .perfect split!

I use this to split the HDMI out from my graphics card to my monitor (for work) and to my television (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and since my graphics card only has 1 HDMI out, I was forced to use this type of splitter device. I do notice that the device will reset and black out the screen for a few seconds when I switch from monitor to tv and vice versa, but outside of that it works fine. I definitely think it's way overpriced though!

What can I say? Its a simple little device that allows you to view two output devices (TV, Monitor) from one HDMI source. I havr an entertainment room with two 42 inch TV's on one wall and a 60 inch on the opposite hooked up to TWC cable with two cable boxes. The rocketfish was the only way to get 1080i out from one cable box to two TV's. (until the Samsung box came out which allows component and HDMI to output at the same time) No noticeable loss in picture quality and so small it hides behind curtains. Now my only question is can I daisy-chain these little things??

I was looking for a simple way to set up a second tv with the same broadcast as our main tv for our super bowl party. This splitter worked great and was easy to set up...just needed a dedicated hdmi cable and that was it! And both tvs are in great sync with each other.

I bought this splitter to be able to view the "Big fight" on 2 different TV's using just one receiver. It is easy to use, the picture looks great and was exactly what I was looking for. Initially when I first hooked it up I just got a green screen, but after turning it on and off it seemed to reset itself and worked like a charm, I would definitely recommend.

I needed a splitter to send a signal to 2 separate tvs with hdmi inputs. It works great. Havent had a problem with it yet. Both screens had a great picture being delivered from the source. 1 hdmi input and 2 hdmi outputs. Simple to set up. Connect and enjoy.

Well, it's not a super complicated piece of equipment honestly, and there is not much to review except to say that it does what it is supposed to. We have not pushed it, so cannot tell you if it holds up under HDMI 1.4. Seems a little pricey for what it is, but it's less than some comparable units.

The splitter works as advertised and I haven't had any issues with it thus far. Not much else to say about it because it hasn't let me down yet... plus it's a good tool to have if you like to stream video games and want to split your console feed into your monitor as well as your capture card.

Have two of these hooked up to 48-55in tvs at 1080p, working fine. The two 55in tv's are the same brand and hooked together, but the other two are different brands and diff screen sizes. All have been working fine for over a month so far. The only issue I had was trying to use a 100ft hdmi cable with a repeater built in. The extra repeater in the wire caused a handshake issue every now and then, both tvs would go black for a few seconds then come back on. Not really the products fault but it also didn't say that you could not use extra repeaters with it. I ended up having to buy extra cables and went with 50ft instead of 100ft. Because of this inconvenience it gets the 4 star review.

working great with my CCTV system connect to 1 TV`s HDMI port and 1 monitor`s HDMI input from different make. both display good picture from my 16 cameras system. only one minor is if I turn off the TV or back on , the monitor screen will dark out couple seconds.

My requirement was to connect two tvs with a cable box, before buying this item I bought one from a online store which was cheap but didn't work. I started searching again and found good reviews for this and I'm happy it is working as expected.

I recently purchased this splitter due to the fact that my TV does not have an ARC HDMI input/output. I had also just bought a soundbar that I wanted to have connected via HDMI (yes... should have researched this more before that purchase, but oh well). I immediately plugged it in once I received it and it worked perfectly. No loss of visual quality on the screen and no issues with the soundbar. I know some people utilize this for dual screens, however, I cannot comment on that factor. I can say that I run the HDMI from my PS4 to an HDMI expansion unit and the it works fine. So there is no compatibility issue if you're starting to get complicated to make up for your TVs shortcomings. Maybe next time I'll buy a better television with more features to avoid this type of purchase. You live and learn though. Good product

Needed to send the signal from one satellite box to two TVs using HDMI and this was the perfect solution- no longer have to use component cables for the second TV. Can now watch the same show in two rooms with an easier hook-up. Simple!

Not exactly sure why older LED TV's came with more HD DMI ports, but now they are coming with like 2 which is not enough at all. You hook up your cable box and DVD/Blue Ray Player and thats it, but what about your Apple TV, Firestick, and your computer? The first LED TV I purchased 6-7 years ago had 4 ports and that was a Toshiba...anyway the point is, this was the best and easy to hookup and just what I needed. Rocketfish is the best brand.

Simple is good and it doesn't get much easier. You take one HDMI cable from your camera, DVD player, cable/satellite box or any other HDMI source and plug it into your splitter. You take a second HDMI cable and connect it from your splitter to television #1. You take a third HDMI cable and connect it from your splitter to television #2. It really is that simple. The only thing that would make it better to me is if it didn't have to have an external power source. I'm wondering if there is a passive splitter available at a comparable price.

This splitter works great, little to no quality loss if you use good hdmi's. We were able to put together two TVs using a direct tv box to stream the super bowl on two different TVs and worked great!

I'm using this to split the signal from a DirecTv box to 2 tvs. The secondary tv is about a 45 foot HDMI cable away. Works great until one of the tvs' inputs is changed. When I change the main tv to the input the dvd player is hooked to, the secondary tv won't display the DirecTv signal properly. It cuts in and out. Not sure why. To fix this, I unplugged the HDMI cable from the splitter that leads to the main tv. Then, the secondary tv displays DirecTv perfectly again. Not a big deal. Just a little inconvenient.

Easy to set up and get going. I plugged this in and connected the input/output HDMI cables and it has worked flawlessly in conjunction with an HDMI transmitter from the FiOS cable box.

Allows for one HDMI source feed two televisions. Works well without degradation of video or sound. If one television is turned off, the other blinks but recovers. Not cheap but works well.
