• By now you may have found something, but amazon has the Stardust 3 way splitter. Stardust is what comes with the MoCA adapters but this one is 3 way

• No it's not I got one for the same reason and it would not work at the same time when I split the cable

• Some devices will not allow Copyrighted material to play through a splitter. Unfortunately we do not have a way to force devices, it will be dependent on the High Definition Copyright Protection that your source device is using.
