• I don't think you can drive speakers directly. You need an amplifier.

• No. This product is just a Bluetooth receiver. It doesn’t have any quantifiable amplification. This product must be connected to a device that you want to stream a Bluetooth signal to. The amplification would come from the device that the Bluetooth receiver is connected to.
