“Have the device at our Beach Condo that we rent. In the past I was able to connect without too much trouble. This time I was not able to connect it to any of my devices. Is this due to the devices already stored in the receiver?”

Suggest you delete and re-install. I find that often app updates changes how they interact with previous installs
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may need to re-pair your devices. I’m pretty sure the Bluetooth receiver doesn’t store what devices are connected to it. Make sure there aren’t any other devices connector it then try to re-pair your devices.
