• Yes they can! However, since you'll be using rock speakers which do not have their own power supply, you need an external amplifier. So, BT receiver with 3.5mm jack/male rca to plug into amplifier and then simply connect your rock speakers to the amplifier...done!

• Only if the speakers have a separate power supply. I have one hooked up to a set of Bose speakers that have their own power supply and they sound great. If I remember right, those rock speakers are just plain speakers in a weather tight container so I don't think they will work.
