• It should work if your Sirius home kit has Bluetooth. I pair it with my iPhone, which has the Sirius app, and feed the output to my old HH Scott amp.

• maybe if Sirius outputs Bluetooth, it it is design to receive Bluetooth and send it back out to an audio receiver via cables or headphones
