“My mount is tilting to the right, it’s the piece that sits in between the connection the tv side so I know loosing and adjusting the screws won't make a difference. I did try that method. Is there other trouble shooting changes I can do to correct it?”

I would first suggest you check that it is level with a 3ft level and make sure you have the set screw tight in the pivot point between the mount and the TV.
