“When we moved we lost the plate that mounts to the wall. We still have the brackets that mount to the TV. Is it possible to get a replacement plate or do I need to by a whole new mount?”

• Possible if you can reach the manufacturer. This was sent to me to answer, Sorry I could not be more helpful. At least you already have the bolts for the rails to the tv.
