Not sure the size. But all screws that are needed for mounting come with the wall mount. If I remember correctly There are 4 different different types of bolts that can fit any LCD TV. All 4 different types are in a set of 4. You also get the screws for wall installation. Everything you need is in the box. Including a diagram to assist with hanging the wall mount. You need at least 3 full turns of thread and you need to make sure that the bolts do not bottom out.
