“What Rocketfish Wall Mount Fits Samsung UN55D8000Y? We just bought the Samsung 55" TV (UN55D8000Y) and tried the Sanus VisionMount but could not get it to fit, despite the box saying it fits up to 70" and reviews saying they've mounted the same size Samsung TV with it. So, before we go buy another wall mount, can anyone please tell me if there is a Rocketfish wall mount that specifically will fit the Samsung 55" TV model UN55D8000Y? Please and thank you!”

I have a Samsung 46" 7500 series and the other person is correct, it doesn't fit out of the box. It looks like a few others don't fit either because the TV is just so slim there is only 1/4" subset on the screw. So after trying 2 different mounts (both not fitting properly) I settled on this one and hit Lowes. At Lowes I was able to pick up 4 nylon spaces which were perfectly sized (1/4" tall and about 3/4" in diameter) and then everything worked well together.
