Yes the mount is for 32"-70" flat screen tv's. The weight is no issue. It comes with 8 different sets of screws. I don't know the sizes but I'm pretty sure they have the m8 screw covered. They also have brackets designed for different tv backs. Worst scenerio you bring it back for a full refund.
