“I purchased this item and it is described as a tilting mount but it only seems to tilt about one inch. There’s really not much more room than for it to tilt an inch. Did I install it wrong? It will tilt UP, but it bottoms out as flush going down.”

• The unit should tilt back and forth. Make sure you are pulling the tv from the middle area, top and bottom.
