• My Samsung came with flanged spacer for good reason. I would use them if i were you.

• It came with a wide variety of spacers and screw lengths... so my guess is you would be in luck.

• If you still have space between the mount and TV, after mounting this item and tightening the screws into position, then yes, I would recommend installing spacers as well to fill in the gaps.
