“How do I remove the tv after it's been mounted. I did not install this but I need to take down the tv and then put it back up. The installer did not leave the instructions. How do I remove the tv. Thanks”

Pull down the 2 latches on the bottom of the mount, then pull the bottom of the TV out from the wall and lift it off the plate
