• I used Best Buy technical assist chat when purchasing my tv mount-the one you are asking about. Just get on their site and when you start searching a window should pop up and ask if you would like assistance. They are super helpful and patient.

• I have a 70" and I have no problem with it. This thing is very strong and the tilt is great too.
