• you have to activate service please go to rokuusa.com

• All my stuff is apple and they all work fine.. I would restart everything and try again..

• It works on my android phone. make sure you are using your username and password that you set up for a roku account. If that doesnt work call Roku tech support to walk you through a solution

• Would need more info to help you. I run the Roku app on my Samsung Galaxy phones & tablets with no problem. Reset your modem / router and make sure that your tablet is on the same WiFi network as Roku. If your tablet works fine, otherwise, on your network....and if your Roku works fine, otherwise, on your network....then you should have no problem with the app recognizing your device
