Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Would need more info to help you. I run the Roku app on my Samsung Galaxy phones & tablets with no problem. Reset your modem / router and make sure that your tablet is on the same WiFi network as Roku. If your tablet works fine, otherwise, on your network....and if your Roku works fine, otherwise, on your network....then you should have no problem with the app recognizing your device
