Yes. It is compatible with a PC or laptop, but you have to buy a separate cord. I use mine with my laptop to aid in Zoom lectures. The cord you need is a USB 2.0 A-Male to Micro B Cable or similar. Make sure you get one that is for audio, as many are designed strictly for charging purposes. I got mine at Amazon as referred by the Samsung site and it was only $6.00. (Amazon Basics USB 2.0 A-Male to Micro B Cable, 6 feet, Black)
