“Interior of door with plastic film not fully attached. Is this normal? The display model at best buy had the same thing. Is there any danger? Please provide a real answer and not just refer me to the Samsung website.”

Actually, it's not. I removed mine and now I have grease trapped between the black screen and the inner window. Really frustrating. I'm told there is not way to clean or repair it, other than putting on a whole new door.
