“The inside of my microwave door does not have anything covering the black screen. Food gets between the glass and the screen and can't be cleaned. This is awful.. do you sell something to put over that screen to protect it?”

I just checked ours and it has a protective covering over the black screen. If yours does not have this, inquire at the store you got it from for a remedy. Sadly it looks like other protective films that you usually remove before using.
