QuestionThe right top corner and bottom corner interior plastic films is slightly lifted off of the metal mesh. Is this normal? Are there any dangers? Why would samsung not make it flush like some of the other makers?

- Answer The inside capacity is 1.9 cubic feet. This microwave does not have a white body/stainless steel door model.

- Answer More than likely the PCB panel needs replaced. It can’t be reset. It means the touch panel/display control board has a fault and can only be replaced. Go to Samsung and select Email CEO.
