“We just connected this sound bar to our Samsung Q70 TV. The sub woofer keeps making crackling and snapping noises. We adjusted it as suggested to between +6 and -6. It is not as bad, but still happening frequently. Any suggestions.”

Hey LindaG , Please check the distance between the sub woofer and the HW-T550 soundbar is within parameters listed in the manual. ^Jason
