Hi Yoman! The HW-T550 is compatible with a wide range of universal remotes. Check the manual of your existing remote for pairing instructions to a Samsung audio device. If the soundbar is connected to a TV supporting HDMI CEC, you can control the soundbar volume with the TV remote without the need to pair the remote to the soundbar. ^Tim
