W 29.875 H 17.06 D 16.5 Its a samsung bespoke microwave being installed over the bespoke gas oven . What should the space be between them?

I measured mine and got 29 1/2" wide by 17 1/8" tall by 16 3/4" deep. I tried to be exact since I don't know your mounting situation. I would mount it with the lower edge lining up with the bottom of the cabinet unless you are a taller person. I am 5'4" and have trouble viewing the food as it is cooking. Mine is mounted flush under the cabinet above, and it could have been lowered by an inch or so. Of course then you have do deal with the space left above it.
