• I find the rack to be in my way when I heat up some foods. I finally removed the rack. I never find the rack useful.

• Great question, Vanessa52802! This model comes with a glass tray and roller guide but does not have a wire rack as some models do. The glass tray does not need to be removed for cooking. It is actually recommended to use this as it turns the food for a more even cooking. ^Jecca
