“The Samsung Model RF 220NCTASG says it is not frost free. The store said it is frost free. I am confused”

• Hi, I haven't had any problems with frost in the freezer, so I believe what the store told you is correct.

• Ms Samsung answered this question previously, she said that IT WAS considered frost free. Heaters (in the walls) periodically turn on to keep frost from building up on the walls. But I haven't purchased this yet so I am only going on her previous response.
