Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have, fortunately, been able to order a different model within the 15 days allotted me by Best Buy. It won't be delivered until 4/26 so I have to live with this piece of "stuff" until then. Had/have the same problem and I hate it that I have no usable ice. I've dumped and let it refill at least 10 times now, but awful rubber hose taste remains. Even a Coke gets ruined!
