Q: QuestionI connected a Jetflo 5000 bottled water unit to my RF220NCTASR and the jetflo unit pumps water without being connected, but once I connect the blue water to the pump to the fridge , the water does not pump, what am I missing ?

Q: QuestionFridge is wobbly when open the doors or freezer! Try lowering front control-levers per manual on pp. 15. Put a flat-blade driver into the notch, nothing happened. Also used a pair of pliers to turn the Lever clockwise but it didn’t turn a bit.

Q: QuestionHow do I get all the plastic wrapping off my fridge? It keeps tearing

• A:Answer Very carefully use the tip of a knife to cut it around the handles etc or an Exacto blade. This keeps it from tearing and you get all the visible plastic. Be very careful not to press down into the surface of your unit. Use a new Exacto blade and it will easily cut the plastic without touching your unit.
