QuestionI recently got RF220NCTASG/AA. I just had a water line put in for the ice maker in the bottom freezer drawer. It is not working. I also cannot find a reset switch. I have only had it a few months.

- Answer Open the left door , (where it says ice off); at the top the blue light should be off to make ice.

QuestionI bought a brand new Samsung rf220nctasr/AA couple of days ago. I plugged it in after waiting for a couple of hrs but it keeps beeping for 6 seconds every single minute! I checked Everything, door closed and all,No alarm on/off option! How do I stop that?

QuestionRF220NCTASR Does the ice maker turn off automatically when the bin is full or do I need to turn it off at the control panel . I notice the ice maker does not have a bin full arm like my old refrigerator had.

QuestionOn the RF220NCTASR, there are 7 LEDS for the freezer and 7 for the refrigerator. No temp is displayed. How do I know what the optimal setting is? For the people who have this same model, where do you have your settings?

QuestionMy RF220 doesn't have an Alarm On/Off button (to allow me to turn off the nagging beeps if doors are open for more than 3 minutes), though models RL220 and RL225 do have this. Does this mean I can never turn off the Nagging Alarm beeps?

- Answer Place magnets on top of the refrigerator where you see the word SWITCH to temporarily disable the alarm. The lights will turn off, but it’s better than the annoying alarm when you want to clean or rearrange.
