“Very unhappy with this item and considering returning. Our vegetables wilt or go bad almost immediately drawers. It seems the drawers are not actual crispers and not able to control at all but I can’t find any info even in manual. Please advise.”

Hi PLN, Thank you for reaching out and we hope you are in good health. We are saddened to know that this has happened to you. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We want your produce to be preserved as much as possible until you consume them. The refrigerator has crisper/fresh drawers; however, the crisper drawers on this refrigerator does not come with a a Humidity Control setting.
