“I'm concerned about this monitor. I can tell the difference between the picture quality on my laptop and this monitor (see images). How do I fix this issue?!! I'm so upset because it claims to be a 4K monitor in the specs but it doesn't look that way.”

Hi I just bought two of these. The quality of your image depends on a few things; Your computer hardware, and cable connection types as well as specific scaling/resolution settings. For my case, I had to fiddle with the resolution and scaling preferences to enable uhd. It’s definitely 4k capable and looks great once your settings are tuned on your computer. Good luck!
