“I bought this hood I don’t see any outlet wire i mean where is wire to be connected to outlet? Should i buy separately? If my exhaust is rear so do i make any changes inside the hood specially the motor do i make it to from top to on rear side?”

There is a removable panel on the rear side and also the top. Remove the one that fits your existing vent hole location or leave them installed and the air will recirculate. There are attachments that come with the hood that are meant to connect between the vent hood and lower cabinet surface or wall depending on your existing vent hole location. As for wiring, I cant help. Best Buy sent out a contractor to install the wiring. They had trouble with it having only a very short wire to connect to but they may have installed the short wire themselves. .... ultimately I had to rework the wiring myself and still need to address other issues from their installation. And yes, for rear venting, you must change the position of the blower motor inside the hood from its factory-set top orientation to a rearward position. Have a great day. -John
