• yes it does have a sleep timer in thirty minute increments. the stand is about 22 1/2 long... can't say about the internet sorry. hope this helps

• No you do not have to have Internet on the television unless u plan to use the apps. I watch youtubes with sview that is on my Samsung phone. Works great!
