• Just an HDMI cable (we use Rocketfish) to connect from the mini (or main) Genie to the TV. Very easy, even for a non-techie like me--and if you do have any questions, call DirectTV and their tech support can tell you. I think the guide that came with the TV also showed where to plug in an HDMI cable, and on the Genie, there is only one place.

• No extra cables needed for mine. We have wifi and Dish Network and it works perfectly
