“I'm trying to log in to my school account on the internet and when I enter my username I have trouble entering in my password. The keyboard does not go down for me to scroll down to the password.”

• Try hooking up a mouse to it as well, Bluetooth or USB. Also using the arrow keys usually will move down to the next section of a form, or also try pressing the tab key if the arrow key does not work.
