Most likely it should. Check the open box tag it might mention it has missing parts, you could have them open it to check if anything is missing or broken before you buy it. I wouldn't worry too much about it since Bestbuy has a 14 day return policy on electronics including open box electronics plus you can even warranty open box the same as new purchases if you feel the need. I believe open box items at Bestbuy are display items or returns, I don't think they could sell refurbished without making the customer aware of that fact but that is an interesting question. You are buying something that you don't know the history of 100 percent. I seen on a label that the TV I bought was manufactured in June of 2016 if I remember right but I'm not certain when they first started manufacturing that same model.
