“When I turn on my TV the brightness is great but after a few seconds it goes darker than when I turned it on. I have checked the brightness and it is the same as when I adjusted it. Any ideas on what is causing this? Thanks!”

I had the same problem when I first set up the TV after purchasing it. I forget exactly what I did, but essentially I fiddled with the screen settings and I have not had the problem since. The picture mode I have set it to is Dynamic. Try that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Change the picture from Standard Energy Efficient to Dynamic. The dark screen is a defect in the energy efficiency. I had the same problem.
