the set is 28.4 inches wide so that would be a close call
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If mounted to the wall with a flush wall mount it will not stick out over 4" actually it will look great. As far as 28" side to side that too that too will work great. I bought a piece of glass with a frame to put over the front of the TV and a piece of film on Amazon to put on the glass so when you look at the glass it's actually a mirror. Yes it's a mirror and then you turn on your remote bang you got a TV, talk about fooling your guests you and them will be amazed. I like what your doing try what I did you'll love it mirror by day TV by night
