“I bought this tv as a open box and found out you need to buy an adapter to plug it in. I called bestbuy and said this particular model needs a power cord adapter. Anyone else run into this problem?”

• I have not run into this problem. My cord came with my TV.

• Mine came with everything I needed (purchased Feb. 2016).
