“I have two Samsung TVs and even though they aren't in the same room, the remotes will work the other tv. It is very frustrating when someone from the other room changes your channel or turns your power off. Is there a fix for this issue? Help”

It sounds like the remote connection is via RF (radio frequency) - can you change it to IR (infrared)?
