“Is this a 60hz TV? Is the picture refresh on this 60hz?”

• Yes the refresh rate is 60 but due to the fact that this is just a 32 inch tv the refresh rate doesn't really play a factor in the quality of the picture when your tv is this small. HZ. starts to play an important role if your tv is about 40 inch's or larger
