• This TV - Monitor supports HDMI & RCA inputs. Most newer PC/Laptops support HDMI "OUT" by default, so "YES" it can be used as a Monitor for most PC's & Laptops. Depending on your system, you may require an adapter that adapts your systems video "OUTPUT" to HDMI. Hope this answer helps address your question.
