I found the solution. Menu>SmartHub>Auto-Start Settings>SmartHub=OFF

If the problem persists, your next step should be to find out if the user mode is set for 'Home Use'. Click menu, go down to Support and into Use Mode. Check 'Home Use' mode. I hope this helps.
