I just set up my new 32 inch Q60A today. Beautiful picture and easy to set up. But the standard HDMI outlet from my cable box won't fit into the HDMI ports on the Q60A. Any ideas? null

Try a different HDMI cord. I think you have a bad one, or it is too old to be compatible.
