Can this be controlled by Alexa? null

This particular model does not have support for smart assistants such as Alexa or Google Home/Nest. You can try to link via the Samsung "Smart Things" app, though this unit does not appear to have built-in Wifi/smart home capability. So 'no' is the answer but resourceful people may be able to find a loophole.
