“I just had this washer and dryer set delivered. After washing a few loads at different temperature settings (cold or hot) all loads come out with the clothes hot and steamy. Is this normal or do I have a setting wrong? I don't want to shrink my clothes.”

Hi there, I can help with that. This can happen when the water lines are reversed. Hot to cold and cold to hot. Check the connections at the back of your machine. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
