QuestionCan the doors on this washer and dryer pair be switched to the opposite side? My washer is on the right and the dryer on the left and unfortunately, it seems as though most washer and dryer doors open opposite of the way I need them to open.

- Answer Thanks for asking, myLEFTfoot! Dryer doors are able to be reversed to open from the other side. However, due to the risk of possible leaks, washer doors cannot be reversed. ^Jecca

- Answer Yes yes it is but I will say if you're not going to stack this washer and dryer I would not recommend putting any hard surfaces on the top for example a basket second of all if you get the pair the washer and dryer you will need a double female ended water hose you can make this relatively cheap the only kind I can say about this washer and dryer is if you're not going to stack it you will want to put some kind of hard surface over the top like a countertop

QuestionAre you able to use this machine without the apps and smartphone?

- Answer Yes, no problem. The apps/phone allow you to download and use extra wash profiles but honestly with what’s built in and the ease of making changes (like temp or soil level) as I start each load I’ve not seen the need. The phone connection also will notify when the wash is done but I’ve had no trouble hearing the chime. So apps not required!

- Answer Upper left hand corner there is a pullout drawer for liquid and non-liquid detergent. For non-liquid you have to pull out the blue plastic cup or you can add detergent directly into the drum.

- Answer The instrument panel is stainless steel with black lettering which is back lit in a beautiful blue color when the on button is initiated. So easy to read..And all the information...and changes one can make to each cycle..when you make changes the panel will indicate increase or decrease in time. Awesome.

QuestionMy house has a built-in foot-tall platform for the washer-dryer. It measures 59 x 29.75. The width is fine, but the machines will stick out a few inches. That's OK, as long as the front feet remain on the platform. How far back are the front feet?

QuestionHow long do you have to wait to open the door when adding items after the cycle has started?

- Answer Hi there! The washer can be paused at any point during the cycle. However, the door can only be safely opened if the water line is below the door opening. To help with this, the door can only be opened with the "Garment +" icon is lit up. This icon looks like a shirt with a + sign. If this icon is not lit up, you would need to drain the washer before the door can be opened. ^Jecca

- Answer No since it is a gas dryer the power cord is attached as its only 120 volts. You will need an extra hose for the steam function though
