“Hello I just purchased this washer. I wash most of my clothes on cold to keep them lasting longer but even when I have the water temp all the way down and the steam NOT on, my clothes come out HOT. Does this washer not allow you to wash with cold water?”

Hi delores! Your washer uses both hot and cold water dynamically, in a system called Auto Temperature Control. Also, different parts of the cycle will use either hot or cold water, or both. For instance, the Warm cycle uses only cold water until the final rinse. It is also important to note that certain temperature settings are only available on certain cycles. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this problem. Make sure that your water connections are not crosses. Make sure the hot water line is connected to the hot water line and the cold water line is connected to the cold water line. Hope this helps. Be well
