I’m a huge geek and I so love this washer and dryer we purchased. They needed to be stacked to fit great inside our closet that previously housed our 15 year old washer dryer combo unit we had. We took the door off the closet to accommodate them, but they look beautiful and match nicely with the surrounding kitchen. These units connect to WiFi and let you know the progress of your loads and you can control them via your phone. They also talk to each other, and will default the drying cycle to match the laundry. It does take some getting used to after you’ve had the old and very traditional style washing machines. For one, these use such little water, so you’re not used to seeing your clothes being cleaned with what looks like a machine operating in error. These machines are also smart, so they adjust times automatically based on the weight of the clothes inside. Maintenance is a must also, you need to keep the water filter clean, as it will quickly collect everything from lint, to dog hair and misc crap. We clean ours once a month since we have three dogs. The units are also incredibly quiet! They don’t make all the noise our old units made and we certainly love the chimes when cycles are done instead of a harsh buzzer. I would also suggest people run the calibration routine when they get the unit... this is not the same as the self cleaning cycle which the installer will often run. The calibrate mode weighs the drum when it’s empty so it knows how much clothes you’ve put in. So love these units, it just takes a while to get used to the new way of doing clothes.

Excellent washer, doesn’t make noise and clean the clothes very well. It has also some pretty cool options such has steam and sanitise which are great to make the clothes even cleaner !

Cleans queen size down comforter and very stable in 40 minutes. Steam clean and presoak 30 minutes and stains came out and looked bright white again. Have washed about twenty loads and comes out great each time. So far no problem cleaning the rubber seals. WiFi notification is nice. I had a 19 year old Amanda washer so was skeptical but it does save a ton of water and cleans clothes. Glad that I did not buy the top loader since the front loader will mechanical clean better when it tumbles and comes out dryer so you can clean better. The only hiccup the washer had was before I performed a self calibrate. So read the manual and calibrate your washer so it can balance the machine better.

After alot of research i decided on the newest samsung washer. I love the music that plays instead of a loud buzzer. It doesnt shake or spin loudly like some of the top loads i have had. Its very easy to use and has great customization options in the app when you connect it to the wifi. I have only had it for a week so far but it definitely is a great choice.

I can pack this to the brim and everything is still clean! I am really happy with how this performs vs. The whirlpool it replaced. Still figuring out the smart features and steam, but so far, I csn actually say I am happy doing laundry now!

This washer can do so many things it’s perfect for me ..I love that I can control it from my phone.. I can start and stop it when ever, and it sends my phone notifications when the wash is complete or when ever someone uses it. It is also very quiet!

Beautiful product! Fit perfectly in our space. Very quiet when washing and drying. And fits a good load of clothes! Has the steaming option on both to help get rid of germs and bacteria which is perfect for the current COVID times.

Nice washer. It cleans well and my clothes seem to be way less wrinkled after drying. It operates very quietly also. So far I am very pleased with this washer.

I have had several washer and dryers over the years and this set by far beats all! Very easy to use and the WiFi features let us know when the cycle has completed. We love the wrinkle prevent feature on the dryer! Plus, we bought the stacking kit to save space in our small laundry room. It all worked out great!

Highly efficient. Washes really well. Clothes coming out smelling clean all the time. Not loud. Easy to connect to your phone.

Very happy with our decision to stay with Samsung! We used this unit and matching dryer to replace a 17 y/o Samsung set. The features all work exactly as intended. Also, as ridiculous as this sounds, the wifi connectivity is actually helpful. I can be in the yard doing something else and not have to wait around for the timer.

Great Dryer! As I mentioned in my review with the washer, the dryer works great. My only downside was the addition of the pedestal. I thought it would be more convenient to raise the dryer with more storage however, I get errors UB with big loads such as towels/bed sheets. Otherwise great looking dryer.

Purchased matching set to replace six year old rusted Samsung top-load washer and malfunctioning dryer (search: dryer won’t stop running) with pedestals. The pedestals aren’t sturdy enough to provide a stable foundation to keep the washer from shaking during the final spin cycle. This thing shakes like it’s ready for launch every time it spools up. Best Buy sent out another washer and new pedestal to remedy the issue but shakes just as much as the first one. Other than the rocket launch spin cycle, the Wifi feature is great, notifies you when it’s complete so your clothes don’t sit after they wash. Door gasket and soap dispenser seem to hold quite a bit of water so you need to be diligent in drying that out after every wash. I’ll probably end up removing them off the pedestals so the washer doesn’t end up in orbit.

I was very excited to get this washer after reading other reviews. I am happy with the various settings and ability to customize each load. However, I was told it would be a quiet washer, and wouldn't move. Unfortunately the washer moves during the high spin cycles, and is very loud! You can see how the washer moved and is almost touching the dryer in the back of the photo.

Switched from LG front loaders to Samsung when we purchased our new home. These are quiet and look great in our new laundry room.

The washer and dryer set look realy nice in the black stainless steel. My only comolaint is the 4.5 is kind of small not really made for a large family! but other that works really good!

Wicked happy with the Samsung washer and dryer we recently purchased. The delivery and install was top notch, quality all the way round.

Needed to replace a broken washer and didn't want to purchase a new one. My older Samsung washer needed $400 in new parts so I was not sure what to do. I didn't want to fix this washer and it having a unforeseen issue after repairing it. For $300 dollars more I ended up getting a new washer instead. So far so good. I was glad that I could still use my existing pedestal for my 2008 or 2009 Samsung washer. I just had to make a small cut on the plastic spacer to have it fit perfectly. No need to buy another pedestal costing $400+.

We bought this washer and dryer set and love them! No issues with odors, we use to own a LG set and they were horrible, clothes always had a mildew smell, not with these, always comes out smelling fresh and Clean! You can download a app on your phone and it will notify you when your laundry is finished, you can also create custom loads, see how much time is left. we also purchased the pedestal's they sit on top of that makes them sit higher up, glad we did! 5 Stars!
