• Thats not the TV. That is your set top box for cable or Satellite. Check that your out cable on your box is not routed through a surge protector. This actually degrades the signal and blacks some of the channels out. If its not routed through a SP, swap your box with your provider.

• Hi. I watch those same stations and have not had a problem with juddering. Of course, we've only had our TV a few weeks. But so far so good.
